VOICE LESSONS

Looking for a voice teacher? Look no further! As a trained, working singer with years of performing experience, I'm ready to help you or your loved one start on their singing journey!

I may be an opera singer, but my love of singing started when I was just a kid watching High School Musical and singing in my school choir. I've sung A LOT of different genres, ranging from musical theater and pop all the way to classical and choral. I know what it's like to audition for a school musical or state choir, or to prepare an audition for a local theater company, and I'd love to share my experience to help you reach your musical goals! And with a Bachelor's degree in music from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master's degree from the Shepherd School of Music at Rice University, I've got the knowledge (and official paperwork) to back it all up.

Together we can...

Expand vocal range

Improve vocal stamina

Improve intonation and

pitch-matching

Ensure healthy singing technique

Explore various vocal styles and colors

Practice sight-reading and music theory

My teaching approach in voice lessons emphasizes patience and adaptability -

I'm a student-focused instructor and I will always meet you where you are. Together we'll discover a healthy, comfortable singing technique that suits your voice.

Whether you're a complete beginner, a singer with years of experience, or something in between, I'm confident that I can help you work towards your musical goals!

It’s always so much fun working with Hannah, she has a very welcoming and friendly personality. Not only does she have great analogies and imagery about different techniques and warm ups, I love that she checks in with how i’m feeling vocally - if there’s tension and when I need a drink. She’s very flexible and understanding.

She has a very gentle way of teaching, and if there’s something you don’t understand she’ll find a way to get you there!!
